Founder of PDXCCF and Ranger Chocolate Co. George champions quality ingredients, ethical sourcing, and the makers behind the finished product.
Laurenne Hom
A Level 2 chocolate sommelier through the International Institute of Chocolate & Cacao Tasting. A professional foodie, she loves to taste the best foods she can find and bring more people to the table.
Dr. Kalei Ross
A sensory wellness specialist, chocolate educator, and award-winning author. With a background in clinical psychology, she leads interactive chocolate experiences on flavor and perception.
